Super Mario theme like you’ve never heard it before
Back in the 80s when I was just a wee wipper-snapper (Oooh… There’s a hint Anouska, I’m old enough to remember the 80s) there was this great little game that came out on this absolutely revolutionary gaming platform. So revolutionary I was addicted and still play it today when I get the chance.
One of the greatest things about this game was the music. It was simple but so emotive that it stuck with me ever since and I never get tired of hearing how different people recompose it or do fantastic things with it today.
The video I’m about to show you just happens to be one of the most amazing of all those compositions I have seen yet. There are no speakers and the computer that is controlling the frequencies and voltages is connected via a fibre optic cable. Why? Well, take a look. :-)
Ladies and Gentlemen, I present truly the most electrifying version of the Super Mario Brothers theme song I have ever seen.
And yes, the theme is the ringtone on my cellphone. :-P
