Holy crap this is violent. Its like the violence from all 3 previous movies wrapped up in to one single movie. One scene in this trailer sees a guy have his head cut off, another guy get shot point blank with a 50 cal cannon and another guy have his throat ripped out with Rambo’s bare hands.

Its work safe but, seriously, don’t watch this if very graphical violence is not your thing. Yes… this is extremely graphic violence with lots of blood and gore.

For an old man, Stallone still looks buff in this movie. But then, he was taking growth hormones and got in trouble for them in Australia. ;-)


John Rambo – Trailer

The next chapter finds Rambo recruited by a group of Christian human rights missionaries to protect them against pirates, during a humanitarian aid deliver to the persecuted Karen people of Burma. After some of the missionaries are taken prisoner by sadistic Burmese soldiers, Rambo gets a second impossible job: to assemble a team of mercenaries to rescue the surviving relief workers.

I dunno… I still think the first Rambo movie can’t be beaten. It spawned a lot of copy cat movies and still stands on its own. It also has the distinction of at least attempting to draw attention to the plight of former Vietnam veterans. Not very successfully, but it did at least try ;-)
