Yup, still alive and kicking. Not much to report, at least not much I’ll talk about on this particular blog.

Am going to start looking for IT work again. Working in Security just isn’t paying enough and isn’t providing what I need to achieve the things I need and want to make happen.

So I’m looking to move on to alternatives.

Must be full time, must be paying more than I make at the moment (which isn’t hard, believe me.) I’m guessing I have to learn Windows all over again to make it happen. Its been about 4 years since I used any Server platfrom. Not just Windows but also Linux, Solaris 9, HP-UX, AIX and the rest. In that 3 years I have managed to use the BSD and Linux platforms, but not as an admin, just as a user. So as you might guess, I’m a little rusty at the moment.

Whats this mean? Simple… Time to go back to school.

Anyway, its 7:30am now and I’m going to crawl into bed. Gotta get the body clock back to working nights again.
