Seriously annoyed with myself

The more I think about it, the more I want to go back to putting the original VoIP company idea together. I’ve had it on the bench for over 18 months now, and still no one has offered a service similar to mine. The closest in this country at the moment is Woosh.

The biggest problem I face right now is that of naked DSL. In this country, people can’t get DSL services without getting a phone line as well. Thats seriously wrong, and even the US has mandated that all telcos must offer a naked DSL option (DSL without the phone line being forced down your throat) within the next 3 years or so. If that were available in this country immediately, I could easily offer a VoIP service within a few short months.

Argh! I want to do this… I should never have put it off. Its pissing me off that I’m in a position now where I can’t easily do it without bringing in outside money to help fund the initial setup costs.

I seriously screwed it up and I know I’m going to regret it. Need to get SecretShopper.co.nz finished as fast as I can coz thats the only way at the moment I will be able to get substantial money coming in. But even thats going to take me a long time to finish given the scope of it. Any coders want to work for free on a project I can’t disclose publicly or guarantee any return on? ;-)
